At Zirozi, we stand behind the quality of our tech. If you are not completely satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zirozi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is factory reset, all personal data is removed, and it is packed securely in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
